1.Fix the turn on problem of Hero 9 Firmware V1.6 .
修复了Hero 9 V1.6固件下无法开机的问题。
升级指南：
Upgrade Guide：
- 关机状态下按着遥控器设置键，再开机使遥控器进入设置模式，所有指示灯全亮
- 用pc或安卓手机连接名字为“HERO-RC-XXXXXX”的WI-FI
- 在浏览器里输入http://192.168.4.1，进入升级的WEB页面。
- 点击“选择文件” 选择以下下载的固件。
- 点击“升级”按键并等待遥控器完成固件更新后自动关机
- Turn off the Remote.Pressing the setting button and then turn remote on to make the remote enter the setting mode, all the indicators are on
- Connect the Wi-Fi hotspot SSID HERO-RC-XXXXXX with your computer or Android phone.（Don not use iphone/iPad）
- Open http://192.168.4.1 in your web browser.
- Click Choose File to select the Firmware file.
- Click Update button and wait for remote to finish update.
